2. Description of Service

Partyolo is a party planning platform that allows you to create digital invitations, manage guest RSVPs, collect food preferences and allergy information, and share party photos and videos with invited guests.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to Partyolo (photos, videos, party details). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it to your invited guests for the purpose of running your party.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload, including photos of children. We recommend obtaining consent from parents/guardians before sharing photos that include other people's children.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

• Pricing: Current pricing is displayed on our website and may change with notice.
• Billing: Annual subscriptions are billed at the start of each subscription period.
• Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you're unsatisfied.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

7. Data Deletion

As described in our Privacy Policy, all party data (including photos, videos, and guest information) is automatically deleted 30 days after your party date. This is a core feature of our service and cannot be extended.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partyolo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
