The submitted response is available for you to review in your party dashboard.
For the host
Use the responses to plan your next step
- Review submitted replies. Check accepted and declined responses in your party dashboard.
- Clarify dietary notes. Discuss the details directly with the parent and food provider before deciding what to serve.
- Reconcile your invitations. Compare the replies with your own list of people invited. Do not count silence as an acceptance or decline.
- Confirm the headcount. Resolve questions about accompanying adults or siblings separately before giving numbers to the venue.
A reminder you can copy
Replace the brackets and send this privately yourself before your booking deadline.
Hi [parent], we're confirming numbers for [name]'s birthday on [date]. Could you reply through [invitation link] by [deadline]? Please include any dietary requirements we should discuss. Thank you!
This is a manual message template. If a parent replies by text, reconcile it with your planning list to avoid counting the same child twice.

Is this a separate spreadsheet or app?
RSVP tracking is part of your Partyolo invitation. Create and publish an invitation, share its link and review submitted responses from your party dashboard. The example on this page uses fictional replies.
What do parents need to do?
They open the invitation link in a browser. To confirm attendance, they follow the phone-verification and guest-detail steps, then submit their response. A decline has its own response flow.
Will I know who has not replied?
Your dashboard shows submitted responses. Compare those with the people you invited before deciding who needs a reminder. An open invitation link does not establish a complete named guest list, and some declines may be anonymous.
Are reminders sent automatically?
Plan to send reminders yourself. Use the message below and contact guests privately through your usual messaging channel.
Can I collect dietary requirements?
Parents can provide dietary information in the response flow. Use it to start a conversation with the parent and food provider; a submitted note does not establish that a meal is suitable.
How much does it cost?
RSVP tracking is offered with Partyolo invitations. Check the current packages on the pricing page for prices and inclusions before choosing your invitation.
