Automatic deletion after 30 days
All party data — including photos, videos, guest lists, and RSVP information — is permanently deleted 30 days after your party ends.
Information We Collect
When you use Partyolo, we collect:
- Account information: Your email address and name when you sign up.
- Party information: Details you provide about your party, including date, location, theme, and guest list.
- Guest information: Names, food preferences, and allergy information provided by guests during RSVP.
- Media: Photos and videos you choose to share with party guests.
- Payment information: Processed securely through our payment provider — we never store your card details.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Create and manage your party invitations
- Send invitations and updates to your guests
- Collect RSVPs and guest preferences on your behalf
- Share photos and videos with invited guests only
- Send thank you cards (Premium plan)
- Process payments for your subscription
Data Retention
We believe in minimal data retention:
- Party data: Automatically deleted 30 days after your party date.
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time.
- Payment records: Retained as required by law for accounting purposes.
