Our Privacy Promise
Only party guests see your content
Photos, videos, and party details are only accessible to invited guests. No one else can view them — not even us.
No third-party sharing
We never sell, share, or use your photos, videos, or party information for any purpose other than running your party.
Automatic deletion after 30 days
All party data — including photos, videos, guest lists, and RSVP information — is permanently deleted 30 days after your party ends.
Information We Collect
When you use Partyolo, we collect:
- Account information: Your email address and name when you sign up.
- Party information: Details you provide about your party, including date, location, theme, and guest list.
- Guest information: Names, food preferences, and allergy information provided by guests during RSVP.
- Media: Photos and videos you choose to share with party guests.
- Payment information: Processed securely through our payment provider — we never store your card details.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Create and manage your party invitations
- Send invitations and updates to your guests
- Collect RSVPs and guest preferences on your behalf
- Share photos and videos with invited guests only
- Send thank you cards (included with every purchase)
- Process payments for your subscription
Optional Website Analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics”, we use Google Analytics cookies to understand visits to our public website pages and completed account creation, invitation publication and confirmed purchases. Purchase events include the package, currency, amount and a pseudonymous transaction reference. Google processes this information to provide analytics reports. We do not send private page addresses, account IDs, names, contact details, invitation IDs, guest responses, photos or dietary information. We do not record account-page views; conversion events use a generic page address. guest invitation pages are excluded.
Analytics is optional. You can choose “No thanks” and continue using Partyolo, or change your choice using “Analytics preferences” on our public and account pages. Withdrawing permission stops future analytics collection in this browser; it does not remove information already collected. We store your preference in this browser so you do not have to choose on every visit. We also store pseudonymous event markers to reduce duplicate conversion reports. Earlier permission for public-page analytics alone does not enable this expanded measurement; we ask you to choose again.

Data Retention
We believe in minimal data retention:
- Party data: Automatically deleted 30 days after your party date.
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time.
- Payment records: Retained as required by law for accounting purposes.

- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data
